Our machines, our network, our support
HelloServ is the brand of Flexicore SAS, a French company founded in 2025. We do not rent servers from another host to resell them: the machines are ours, installed in two datacenters, in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and in the Valence area, connected by our own network (AS215124).
When you open a ticket, the person who answers has direct control over the machine and the network: no third party to chase. The status of our services is public, in real time, at status.helloserv.fr.
