HelloServ is the consumer brand of Flexicore SAS, a French company specialised in high-performance hosting. Since 2023, we operate two datacenters in France — in the Lyon region and in Paris — on a sovereign BGP network (AS215124).

Our conviction: a hosting provider must be as transparent about its infrastructure as about its pricing. That is why we publish our SLAs, detail our network architecture, and offer round-the-clock human support.

Our team is made up of systems administrators, network engineers and developers based in France. No middleman, no reselling: we operate our own hardware and network directly.
How are you different from large hosts (OVH, Scaleway, Hetzner)?
Large hosts offer a wide range, often automated support and low entry prices but expensive add-ons (Anti-DDoS Pro, snapshots, additional IPs). At HelloServ, 10 Tbps+ Anti-DDoS is included from the first plan, support is human and reachable within 10 minutes on Discord and tickets. We are a smaller player, faster to iterate, with a particular focus on gaming and French SMBs.

If you are not satisfied, you can cancel at any time from your client area at no charge.
