Anti-DDoS Plus: know when your server is under attack, and what was blocked
The 24 Tbps+ protection already filters attacks on all our servers, but silently. The Anti-DDoS Plus option alerts you at the start and end of every attack, keeps a log you can browse and moves your requests to the front of the queue.
What the option adds to the included protection
The filtering stays the same. What changes is what you see and how fast we get back to you.
An alert for every attack
At the start and at the end, with the attack type and its peak, in the panel and as a Discord direct message. You no longer hear about the attack from your players.
The attack log
Your last 200 attacks stay available in the panel: date, duration, type, peak. Facts you can share with your community.
Priority Anti-DDoS support
Your attack-related tickets go to the front of the queue, with the history already in front of the support team.
Real-time notifications & details
A Discord message as soon as an attack starts and when it ends, and the details in your log: attack type, peak, ports, duration. Example with made-up data.

Add to your server
The option attaches to an existing game server, from the Anti-DDoS page of the panel.
On FiveM, the option adds an L7 relay
The FiveM version of the option puts a dedicated relay in front of your server: only real player connections get through, and the machine's real IP disappears from the server list. Alerts, the log and priority support are the same.

Is my server protected without the option?
Yes. Every HelloServ server goes through the L3/L4 protection of more than 24 Tbps, at no extra cost. The option does not filter harder: it shows you the attacks and speeds up support.
Where do the alerts arrive?
In the panel and as a Discord direct message, at the start and end of every attack, with its type and peak.
How many attacks does the log keep?
The last 200, with the date, duration, type and peak of each one.
Does the option add application-layer (L7) filtering?
Only on FiveM, with the FiveM version of the option. On other games, the option brings alerts, the log and priority support.
How do I add it?
From the Anti-DDoS page of the panel, by choosing the server. It can also be selected when you order.
