DarkRP

Urban roleplay: jobs, economy, properties. The most played and the hungriest gamemode, every addon (custom jobs, inventories, HUDs) stacks up on the server. Plan ahead: G-START minimum, G-PLUS once your addon pack passes twenty.

TTT (Trouble in Terrorist Town)

Short rounds with friends, traitors versus innocents. Light on the server: a G-LITE handles a game between friends, and Workshop maps and weapons add in a few clicks.

Sandbox and building

The original sandbox: free building, contraptions, PAC3 and Wiremod. RAM goes into props and building addons, count on G-START to build together without freezing the server.
