Where are your dedicated servers hosted?
Our dedicated servers are hosted in France, in our datacenter in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Each machine has redundant connectivity of at least 1 Gbps, backed-up power and 24Tbps+ anti-DDoS protection included.
Which processor to choose: Intel Xeon or AMD Ryzen?
Intel Xeon servers are suited for workloads requiring high stability (virtualization, databases). AMD Ryzen 9 servers offer exceptional single-thread performance and high clock speeds, ideal for game servers, real-time applications and multi-threaded workloads. Contact us for advice tailored to your use case.
What is the delivery time?
In-stock servers are delivered within 72 business hours after payment verification. For custom configurations or out-of-stock machines, delivery may take 5 to 10 business days. You are notified at each step by email.
Is server administration included?
Our dedicated servers are delivered unmanaged: you get full root access and choose your OS (Debian, Ubuntu, Windows Server, Proxmox). 7-day technical support is available for hardware and network incidents. A managed services option is available on request.
What network protection is included?
Each dedicated server includes our 24Tbps+ anti-DDoS protection with permanent automatic mitigation. Filtering is adapted to common protocols (TCP/UDP) and does not impact legitimate traffic. A configurable hardware firewall is also available.
Can I add additional IP addresses?
Yes. Each dedicated server ships with one dedicated IPv4 and an IPv6 block. You can order up to 32 additional IPv4 addresses (individually or per /29, /28, /27 block) directly from your client area, they can be configured as aliases, via DHCP, or attached to your VMs (Proxmox, ESXi, KVM). For more advanced projects we also offer BGP sessions and prefix announcement (PI or PA) from our AS, along with IPv6 /48 blocks on request.
Is outbound port 25 (SMTP) open?
