Where are my HelloServ services physically hosted?
All our services are hosted in France, on our main site in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Our second datacenter, DC2 (also in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes), completes the infrastructure. All customer data stays on French territory, in strict compliance with the GDPR.
What does AS215124 mean and why does it matter?
AS215124 is our Autonomous System Number with RIPE NCC, the European internet registry. Concretely, HelloServ manages its own BGP routing announcements and address space instead of renting IPs from a third-party host: we set our own routing and filtering policies, which speeds up DDoS mitigation. Our transit is provided by SERVERD (AS62000); all our announcements and resources are publicly verifiable on bgp.tools and in the RIPE registry.
Do you contractually guarantee an SLA?
We do not offer a numeric SLA. Our infrastructure is supervised continuously and our real-time public status is available at status.helloserv.fr. If an issue occurs, our support responds by ticket.
Is the 24 Tbps+ Anti-DDoS really included on all plans?
Yes, with no exception and no extra cost. Whether you pick a €3.98 game server or a €149.99 dedicated server, Netrix 24 Tbps+ Anti-DDoS protection is active from day one, with automatic mitigation in under 5 seconds for L3/L4 attacks and specific profiles for games (FiveM, Minecraft, Rust, Source/HL2).
Do you oversell your VPS?
No. All our VPS are KVM virtual machines with strictly dedicated resources: one vCPU = one reserved CPU thread, allocated RAM is guaranteed 1:1, and NVMe storage is local to the node (no oversaturated shared SAN). The performance you measure under load matches what we advertise.
Can I choose the datacenter for my server?
Not at checkout. Game servers run in our DC1 datacenter. VPS are placed on DC1 or DC2 depending on available capacity, and your VPS location is shown in your client area. Both sites are in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, on the same AS215124 network.

Is my game server data backed up?
With the Backups option, your game server is backed up automatically every day, and you restore a backup in one click from the panel.
What happens if my VPS or dedicated server goes down?
The machines are monitored around the clock and service status is published live on status.helloserv.fr. With the Priority Intervention option, available on VPS and dedicated servers, your service gets priority when we restore service.
Can I see the DDoS attacks targeting my server?
Yes, with the Anti-DDoS Plus option: you follow attacks in real time and get an alert as a notification and as a Discord direct message. On FiveM, the FiveBunker option also adds our FiveM checkpoint, which only lets real players through.
