Where are my HelloServ services physically hosted?
All our services are hosted in France, on our main site in the Lyon area. A point of presence in Paris ensures network redundancy and backups. All customer data stays on French territory, in strict compliance with the GDPR.
What does AS215124 mean and why does it matter?
AS215124 is our Autonomous System Number with RIPE NCC, the European internet registry. Concretely, this means HelloServ controls its own BGP routing announcements: we do not depend on any third-party operator to route your traffic, which reduces latency, improves resilience and accelerates DDoS mitigation.
What SLA is contractually guaranteed?
All HelloServ services are covered by an availability SLA of 99.98% per year, i.e. less than 1h45 of maximum downtime over 12 months. In case of breach, compensation credits are automatically applied per our terms of sale. Real-time public status is available at status.helloserv.fr.
Is the 10 Tbps+ Anti-DDoS really included on all plans?
Yes, with no exception and no extra cost. Whether you pick a €0.99 game server or a €199 dedicated server, Netrix 10 Tbps+ Anti-DDoS protection is active from day one, with automatic mitigation in under 5 seconds for L3/L4 attacks and specific profiles for games (FiveM, Minecraft, Rust, Source/HL2).
Do you oversell your VPS?
No. All our VPS are KVM virtual machines with strictly dedicated resources: one vCPU = one reserved CPU thread, allocated RAM is guaranteed 1:1, and NVMe storage is local to the node (no oversaturated shared SAN). The performance you measure under load matches what we advertise.
