Is Anti-DDoS Game a paid option?
No. It's included in all our game server and VPS plans, at no extra cost, for the entire life of the service. Only the Anti-DDoS Plus option, which adds alerts and an attack log, is paid.
Does the protection add latency in game?
Common attacks are filtered directly on our routers, without rerouting traffic: no added latency. More complex attacks go through a finer analysis, designed not to disconnect players.
Do I need to configure anything on my server?
No. Protection is active from delivery, on your server's IP address. You have nothing to install or set up.
What happens during an attack?
Nothing on your end: the attack is detected in under 5 seconds, filtering kicks in on its own, and your server stays online. With the Anti-DDoS Plus option, you get an alert at the start and at the end.
